- Katrina Hannan Added October 16, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff are helpful and friendly but the owner is the most aggressive and rude person I have ever experienced in any business. I was concerned by the quality of the tiles I had purchased and even though the staff could see the problems the owner would not listen to me and made me feel physically threatened as he ordered me to leave the shop. There is no doubt that the tiles I purchased were seconds or "B" grade and I did not buy them knowing this. I only wanted to discuss what the options were to resolve the problems. ANY other tile shop would be preferable to this one if quality of product and after sales service is a consideration.
