I can proudly say that I helped to pack the balloon up which is an awesome bonus. Lovely view, amazing experience. Recommend the birthday package with breakfast, champagne and cake! The pilot as well as the bus driver were very knowledgeable and amazing to talk to.

I was a bit scared about the height before the journey but I felt safe with such great staff! Definitely will try 1 hour trip next time in Gold Coast!

But when the balloon was rising from the ground slowly, I felt well and I could see the scenery from the balloon. It was wonderful trip for me.By the way, the pick up service was very professional, and all staffs were friendly and careful. Highly recommended.
