  Received cover on 14/02/17, I emailed them on 14/02/17 to advise that it was not suitable as it was domestic cover and I had requested commercial & industrial cover, after some going back and forth I requested a refund and cancellation of the policy on 15/02/17, after the initial request and follow up I received an update on 21/02/2017 9:32 AM stating that I will receive a cancellation email. On 28/02 I sent a follow up because I still had not received an email. After several calls I reveived an email on Tue 7/03/2017 6:07 PM saying they will follow up first thing the next morning , on 10/03 i sent another follow up email as I had no updates, I received a reply that afternoon stating that they are hoping to resolve the issue that day but i have yet received any other updates so I emailed them to say i am lodging a dispute with fair trading on 14/03/2017 9:29 AM to give them a chance to resolve but i have had no response. I have lodged the dispute today with Fair Trading today.
  
  Basically I received the wrong cover and tried to work with them to adjust the cover but had no confidence in the service after a number of basic mistakes so i decided to cancel the policy 2 days after it was issued and change brokers, over 1 month later and countless follow up it has not yet been resolved. I now have a reference number from fair trading and i have to try and get my money back this way
