  We recently bought a lovely car at this dealership. The service was just fantastic and our dealer Andrew was so friendly and yet professional as well. We were not pressured in any way and felt very relaxed and were treated like STARS. When we picked up our car they had put a lovely large Red ribbon bow on the front, and presented me with a gorgeous bouquet of Lillies. We are delighted with the whole team at James Frizelles and would love to thank Andrew for making this such an enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend this business to all our friends and anyone who wants 10/10 service and professionalism .

  1 MONTH from purchase this car is UNROADWORTHY. Do NOT be fooled by the "experienced" facade of the team. They will say whatever they can to make the sale and offer help if an issue arose. This is a blatant LIE. Jfrizelle's DO NOT SELL quality-checked vehicles. My mechanic says it was unroadworthy at time of sale, this vehicle was my only source of income. JFrizelle's offered NO acknowledgement of the seriousness of issue. We trusted JFrizelle's Southport to provide an honest and professional service. I should have purchased a bicycle from across the street, it would have gone further

  Thank you Peter Shannon for not being a helicopter salesman, pretending to have “potential buyers” just so that you could make a sale. Thanks for allowing my godfather and I to take out time to look and test drive the vehicles. We are very happy with your service and my new car. Thank you.

  Dealt with these guys now 3 times in two years bought our new car elsewhere because of service and ridiculous trade in price, got no service from parts dept when rang for price on spare part for mazda 3 and today had to have met the rudest and most arrogant gentleman Angelo, when wanted a price on car to sell it. Once again wanted to try and rob me with his price . One star is been generous my advice go somewhere else you will do better in every way.
