  For the 3rd time in as many months i have bought lunch here and for the 3rd time it is wrong!!!!!!! Not sure how hard it is to make 2 bacon and cheese zinger burgers, but going by the average it must be bloody difficult.... steer clear try Red Rooster

  This is a KFC and they operate a good store. What I like about KFC is that they don't sugar coat it they make food for fatties. And my favorite would have to be the zinger box which I call the zinger fatty box. The crispy goodness of 3 wicked wings with chips a burger and a Pepsi max (because I'm watching my weight). I've never had an issue with this store when I've had the need to ear my feelings or get over a hangover

  Over the last few months the service has been getting slower and slower. Going through the drive through can take about 30-40 minutes on a quiet night (I'd hate to see how long it would take during an event like State of Origin). Placing your order through the box out from front is a nightmare as either the box has a bad microphone or staff have poor hearing as I often find myself repeating what I want several times. When waiting for an order, it takes long enough to make you think everything is being made to order but the quality of the food makes you think the exact opposite.

  Came into the Nerang store last night to pick up 2 large meals for my parents. I drove all the way to their house to drop it off for them, and when I dropped the food off the chips were almost empty and the gravy was half full. As I don't live with my parents, I didn't have the food with me but stopped to get some more chips for my parents as I live over that way anyway. The manager gave me massive attitude telling me he actually can't do anything as I was supposed to bring the chips back in when that wasn't an option. I shouldn't have to drive all around Nerang when the manage should have taken me seriously. Won't be back
